Juhree Zimmerman originated Strategy for Synergy as part of her own vision to transform lives through leadership and individual development. By combining her background in health care administration with her counselling and coaching skills, she is fulfilling her personal dream of bringing coaching skills to organizational culture to improve the quality of working life for employees, leaders and people served by the organization.
