Individual Emotional Intelligence Assessment and
Practical Application
Using the widely researched and standardized EQi assessment tool, Juhree works with individuals to identify areas of everyday functioning they want to improve or develop by leveraging their strengths. Together through dialogue, individualized exercises, easily accessible resources and coaching, the individual moves toward the life and outlook they want.
- Step 1: Individual completes online assessment (approximately 20 minutes)
- Step 2: Individual meets with Juhree to review all areas in detail and strategize ways to improve performance, relationships and create a positive outlook.
- Step 3: Ongoing coaching is recommended to reinforce new habits and practices, propel growth and celebrate successes.
Group or Team Training on Emotional Intelligence
"Being the Best You Can Be"
This program focuses on individuals' emotional intelligence capacities, rather than the overall team functioning. It is useful for managers and leaders who work with groups that require development on an ongoing basis.
- Step 1: Team or group members complete online EQi assessment
- Step 2: Team or group members receive an individual assessment and meets with Juhree to review results
- Step 3: Two day workshop: team or group members meet with Juhree and one of her associates to focus on raising group performance, improving relationships and overall satisfaction. Interactive and experiential exercises guide members to identify their own areas for development, how to work with them and how to support others in improving their emotional intelligence.
- Step 4: Ongoing coaching is suggested for sustainability
