Individual Coaching
As a Master Certified Coach and world trainer of coaches, Juhree coaches individuals to attain their maximum potential, connect with their hearts and true purpose, and find the balance between work, play, contribution and growth they seek.
- Step 1: commit to six months of coaching (money back guarantee)
- Step 2: spend two hours with Juhree in person or on the phone identifying your key motivators, your values and desired results for your coaching. Together you design the strategies that will uniquely bring out your best.
- Step 3: meet two or three times a month by phone or in person to focus on developing your strengths, challenging your self sabotage, and keeping you pointed toward your goals. Email and phone contact is welcomed during your coaching.
- Step 4: after three months, review your progress jointly, acknowledging your milestones, assessing and redesigning your alliance as necessary to propel you toward your goals.
- Step 5: after six months, determine next steps, which often includes continuation of coaching on a regular or as-needed basis.
Leadership Training
"Gateway for Leadership"
This is a multiple module program for leaders to develop powerful and effective communication skills, create awareness of their impact and increase their capacity to work in ever increasing complexity in the workplace. Module I: (two days) focus is on listening for meaning behind words, channels of communication and language, skills for communicating powerfully, deep awareness of connection with others and its importance, feedback on impact as a leader. Skills to hold effective leadership conversations are emphasized.
Peer to peer coaching triads are established between modules, supported by teleclasses and coaching.
Module II: (two days) advanced training in leadership conversation skills, listening for common interests rather than positions in conflict situations and how to resolve differences. Exploration of deeper understanding of the roles leaders play (consciously and unconsciously) and how to maximize impact through personal awareness.
"Coaching Skills - Essential Leadership Competencies"
This is a two workshop with a three month follow up program of coaching practice for managers and leaders. Training includes experiential exercises on basic coaching skills of listening, curiosity, self awareness, making powerful and effective requests, creating accountability and sustainability, appreciating others and initiating difficult conversations.
"Coaching for Improved Performance"
For managers and leaders who are committed to developing excellence in their employees, this three day course offers extensive training in coaching skills, with a focus on performance enhancement and performance management.
"Excellence in Communication for Frontline Staff and Employees"
This one day program offers an overview of coaching skills and application with peers and clients or customers. It raises awareness of the importance of a coaching culture from the grassroots of an organization up through top tier management.
"Influencing Language - How to Communicate and Get What You Want
Efficiently and Effectively"
This two day course is aimed at sales and customer service staff as well as leaders. Through use of the LAB (Language and Behavioural Profile), participants learn to listen for motivation and decision making strategies in others, to increase their effectiveness by speaking the other person's language, dramatically improve results in negotiation and gain support for organizational change.
For sales staff, this will shorten sales cycles and guarantee customer satisfaction, plus, enhance powerful marketing and advertising campaigns through language. For leaders and managers, it dramatically increases capacity to "meet" employees and peers linguistically and ideologically, creating deeper connection and effective communication of concepts.
To sustain these skills, there is a 10 week follow up teleclass aimed at deepening skills and application.
