The Team Diagnostic Assessment Tool
An assessment tool is the basis for determining how a team is functioning and what areas need strengthening. This assessment tool has been developed specifically for teams to establish a profile of the team's productivity and positivity.
This assessment was developed by Team Diagnostic International (TDI), based on systems theory and the work of the Center for Right Relationship, leading authorities in the field of team development. This assessment is more comprehensive than standardized questionnaires, giving a deeper and more accurate view of the team's system. The model and assessment incorporate recognized work in Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry and team research from leading universities.
Highlights and benefits of this assessment include a unique model specific to team effectiveness, measuring 14 individual success factors. It can be customized to address specific team requirements. The tool is implemented online, minimizing team members' time. It is confidential and cost effective and identifies the next steps for team development. The tool provides an accurate way to measure team improvement over time and focuses on the team as a whole, not individuals.
Team Coaching
Juhree offers a six month coaching program with focus on the TEAM, not the individuals.
- Step 1: complete the Team Diagnostic assessment as described above
- Step 2: meet with Juhree and one of her associates to analyze the results and develop a plan of action to strengthen team skills - typical time: one day or two half days
- Step 3: twice monthly team coaching sessions (2 hours) over a period of 4-5 months. Work includes training in clear and respectful communications, conflict management, breaking down barriers between divisions or specialty areas, strengthening trust and positive interactions and creating a compelling vision for the team to inspire them to reach their goals.
- Step 4: reassess the team's functioning with the Team Diagnostic Assessment tool; celebrate successes and determine future directions with or without team coaching.
Business Partnerships or Working Relationship Coaching
All people in business organizations are in relationships. To maximize the potential in relationships, partnership/relationship coaching is efficient and effective.
- Step 1: Partners meet with Juhree and identify desired outcomes, outstanding issues, areas of development and common interests.
- Step 2: Coaching of the partnership relationship takes place over 3-6 months, typically in 90 minute sessions twice a month. These sessions can be in person or on the phone.
- Step 3: Results are identified and celebrated.
Personal Relationship Coaching
Relationships with family members, life partners and friends can be both highly rewarding and challenging. By coaching the relationship, rather than the individuals, Juhree taps into the synergy created by the relationship and enables partners to overcome differences, see common interests and create the future they desire.
- Step 1: Partners meet with Juhree and identify desired outcomes, outstanding issues, areas of development and common interests.
